About Alexandra Heaney
I\'ve been with H.W. Kaufman Group for over six years now as part of the Kaufman Institute team, our learning and development arm of Human Resources. In this role I\'ve been able to expand my analytical skills and have implemented process improvements with our vendors. My main responsibilities include onboarding, data analytics, continuing education for our associates, and managing our learning management system.In 2019, I graduated from Central Michigan University with my BSBA in Human Resource Management and Information Systems. At CMU, I was a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) President, a volunteer mock interviewer with the Career Development Center, an emerging leaders mentor and I also worked for University Recreation as the Program Coordinator of Intramurals and a Competitive Sports Supervisor.I\'ve had two HR internships, one with a staffing and recruiting agency called Synergy Solutions and another with my current company, H.W. Kaufman Group as a Talent Development/HRIS intern.
