As a Policy Analyst at the HUD Multifamily Housing\'s Office of Field Support and Operations (OFSO), I- Conduct analyses of regulatory and statutory proposals, initiatives, and multifamily housing program proposals submitted for review by outside parties, including use of analytical models to estimate program impacts, and evaluation of projects and initiatives based on sophisticated analytical processes- Review and analyze legislative proposals based on the Department\'s overall goals and program needs to ensure that there is no negative impact of such legislation on existing multifamily housing policies or legislation- Prepare and present written reports or oral narratives to the Office Director, DAS for Multifamily Housing Programs, or other officials regarding proposed legislation, regulations, or procedures that have impact on multifamily housing programs.
