Sales Tools - Oversee management of Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales enablement tools. Collaborate with Product Marketing team to build resources that the sales team can leverage to effectively grow and manage portfolios. Manage the Customer Success team and collaborate with the Sales team to provide centralized process for executing on RFP responses, account onboarding, contract management, etc. Data Integrity - Manage and collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to ensure our tools are accurately capturing data. Lead and share metrics broadly with Marketing team, Data Analytics team, Data Engineering leads, Product Marketing to improve efficiency. Process Improvement - Build, improve and standardize processes and resources for sales and marketing teams to create better efficiency among marketing teams and enable sales team to focus on growth. Project Management Support - Collaborate cross-functionally to support product and engineering enhancements that impact the sales and marketing teams, launch new partnerships, manage operational processes by business segment.
