At Tree Canada, my role as Development Coordinator Stewardship is pivotal in forging robust sponsorships that fuel our commitment to reforestation and environmental goals. My competencies lie in identifying sponsorship opportunities, adeptly managing sponsor relations, and meticulously coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure our vision for a greener Canada is shared and supported. Fluent in both French and English, I engage with a diverse network of partners, negotiating agreements and addressing any arising issues with diplomacy and efficiency. My expertise in office administration and detail-oriented communication empowers our organization to cultivate and maintain valuable partnerships, while my passion for conservation underscores every interaction and agreement I steward. I ensure that the rights and commitments of our partnership and donor agreements are executed in the correct way, so we can create long-term, value-adding relationships that advance our mission. Together with the team, I help manage and track our partnership opportunities and activities, ensuring that everything from branding and intellectual property to physical deployment/commitments is monitored and managed to ensure we are delivering the highest level of impact on the mission. I help identify improvements to the structure, processes, and supporting content around how we engage and support our partnership relationships across the organization, giving our partners the chance to create a meaningful legacy through their participation in our activities.
