My love for the beauty industry and innovative solutions led me to be one of the founding team members of Pomp Beauty. Pomp is the only marketplace and vertical SaaS platform supporting the beauty industry by giving estheticians the ability to connect with clients in a more effective way.Since staring at Pomp I have helped grow our sales over 539% YoY, spearheaded coveted vendor relations, structured our customer success program, grown our esthetician success rate over 713% YoY, and managed over $1M in product sales.My role at Pomp also includes personally onboarding over 300 estheticians to our virtual platform to recommend skincare products, tooling, resources for communication, and more. By empowering these estheticians by providing them with the tools they need to succeed we are disrupting the aesthetics and beauty industries by empowering aesthetic professionals to capture more market share while improving the discovery experience for consumers.
