I am currently an Associate Director within the Development Consultancy Team at JLL where our focus is providing private and public sector clients with sustainable and deliverable development advice, from initial options or land acquisition, through to delivery. I also have diverse experience spanning valuation, commercial/residential capital markets, forging skills and relationships, enabling a well-informed approach to complex, large scale redevelopment.Previously working at CBRE, I have been involved in buy and sell-side residential funding and investment transactions and understand how to clearly articulate an investment proposition and discern investor drivers, understanding of investor approval processes.I have experience in helping public and private sector clients through complex property development and investment projects, including providing development/delivery strategy advice, reporting and coordination of projects, stakeholder engagement, visioning, financial testing, reporting and approval processes. I began my career at JLL, and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2016, becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer.
