About Alexandra Brennan

As a very ambitious, adventurous and passionate person, my intensely dynamic background sets me up for success in any role I take on. One of my many accomplishments included a recent solo-traveling trip that was for over a year in Europe and I gained more knowledge from that trip than I could\'ve imagined. My audacious travels helped me obtain a role in the Hotel Industry and secured extensive knowledge in guest relations, event planning and teamwork. My creative nature excelled through enrolling in fashion illustration and color theory courses at The School of Art Institute of Chicago working in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop as well as different mediums in illustration including pencil, pen, watercolor and Prismacolor markers. My past roles in Assistant Buying fueled my passion for fashion merchandising, design and retail. I am currently in progress attaining my Google UX Design Professional Certificate. I graduated in May 2016 from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Through my many extracurriculars- including my business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, the Penn State Dance MaraTHON and the Penn State Relay for Life- I saw first had on the impact I had as a leader and knew I wanted to continue making my mark in a related field. I was also given the opportunity to continue my love for volunteering and helping others. Philanthropy is a huge part of my life and I make sure I find it in any career or position I am in.
