ABOUT ALEXANDRA BECKETT
I am currently a scientist on the in vivo pharmacology at Kite Pharma. I was previously a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine in Dr. Kyle Daniels lab. My postdoctoral research focused on using high-throughout platforms to explore and better understand synthetic biology engineering in the context of immune cell engineering. I completed my PhD at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (July 2023). My doctoral research focused on the development of CAR T cell therapies for pediatric solid tumor under the mentorship of Dr. Chris DeRenzo and co-mentorship of Dr. Stephen Gottschalk.
