Alexandra Abadia is a dedicated trainer and coach passionate about leadership and mental health advocacy. She empowers both individuals and teams worldwide across various industries to develop essential leadership skills. She first discovered her passion for coaching and leadership development during her eight years in financial services in NYC and Chicago.After facing personal mental health challenges, Alexandra found a supportive community through the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and began volunteering to lead courses in mental health recovery and peer support groups. She now serves NAMI Palm Beach County as the Peer Program Coordinator responsible for overseeing and implementing peer support programs aimed at providing hope, support, and education to individuals living with mental health conditions in her local community.Alexandra graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Business Administration. She resides in West Palm Beach, FL and enjoys traveling, watching stand-up comedy, dancing to live music, and caring for animals through a local dog walking/pet sitting company.
