Duties and responsibilities- direct responsibility for Coordination of full cycle of Service works under Service Agreements (SLA) with long-term conditions- management of Service Contracts to ensure timely professional responses to all Customer inquiries- management of Service Coordination processes, goals setting, control of execution, analysis of Service Coordinators performance according to KPI system on monthly basis- ensuring collaboration with Service Sales team in presale and execution of SLA- close cooperation and interaction with Field Service Engineers (FSE) Department: estimation of FSE Utilization Rate, FSE technical competency development, FSE technical and administration reporting- after the hiring, training and mentoring new Service Coordinators- development and implementation Service Coordination processes and procedures, guidelines and documentation. Maintaining Service Coordination processes hand-book- responsible for budget related activities and ongoing cost control- active participation in optimization of Spare Parts Stock and Delivery to Customer and FSE Travel request registration and validation processes- Contract Customers Phone Support (7x24) implementation including online monitoring, record of calls, statistics- organize Field Service Engineers (FSE) visits on Customer site for Execution full scope of Service works (Maintenance / Repairs / Commissioning / Installation / Start-up) including resource planning, scheduling and coordination, ensuring that travel logistics, tooling, spare parts, service engineer pre-job preparation are completed in accordance with Customer requirements and company guidelines- support Customers and Service Partners with high level interface and close working relations, providing consultancy and advice at making requests in accordance with company procedures- optimization of Preventive Maintenance Visit Scheduling process- vendor management.
