ABOUT ALEX WEBB

I\'m an Evaluator and EDI professional with over 7 years working experience in Education, Charities, Community Organisations and Social Mobility. Before joining Be What You See, I worked as Data and Reporting Manager at King\'s Trust International where I led our approach to data collection and management as well as creating clear reporting processes to improve accessibility of data. At upReach I was the University Partnerships and Impact Manager leading university liaison and relationships for the charity across the sector. I have extensive experience co-ordinating, implementing and developing training programmes, monitoring and evaluation processes across multiple sectors and audiences. I\'m a strong presenter with diverse experience in event management and community engagement. I\'m dedicated to Impact Management and building equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in my youth work. I\'m keen to share best practice across the sector and connect with other practitioners.
