About Alexander Scarlis
I advise people with disabilities and their families on their rights and have advocated on their behalf with various types of entities: government (state, federal, and county agencies), local school district, hospital, regional center. I’m adept at applying statutes and regulations to complex fact patterns to determine effective advocacy and negotiation strategy. I also bring extensive experience in policy-related writing and union contract enforcement. I received my Master of Public Policy from Brandeis University\'s Heller School for Social Policy and Management, concentrating in Poverty Alleviation.
