What I’ve Built & Achieved: From Zero to Live: Led the end-to-end development and successful launch of Book4Sport’s mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platform, enabling users to book tennis courts in just a few taps. Architect of Innovation: Designed and implemented a scalable, future-proof IT architecture that supports rapid growth and evolving user needs. Team Leadership: Built and managed a high-performing team of 7 talented developers, fostering collaboration across UI/UX (Adobe XD), front-end (React), back-end (Node.js, MS SQL), mobile development (Swift), and DevOps. API Wizardry: Developed and optimized APIs using Postman (YAML), enabling seamless third-party integrations and enhancing platform functionality. Widget Wonder: Created custom widgets that transformed the user experience, making court bookings faster, smarter, and more intuitive. GDPR Guardian: Navigated the complexities of GDPR compliance, ensuring our platform adheres to global data protection standards.
