As the Sport Development Coordinator, I focus on growing and strengthening the youth and junior triathlon community across Alberta. I lead a variety of programs aimed at athlete development, club support, and school and community engagement.My role includes: Coordinating youth and junior summer camps Leading the Independent Athlete Program for athletes not affiliated with a club Organizing school-based triathlon programs to introduce the sport to new participants Supporting the creation and growth of new youth triathlon clubs throughout the province Coordinating junior and youth training camps and performance initiativesI’m passionate about creating accessible, meaningful opportunities for young athletes to develop in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment. Through collaboration with coaches, clubs, and community partners, I help shape the next generation of triathletes in Alberta.
