My role includes; reviewing and editing educational materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and PDFs, ensuring content clarity and visual appeal, correcting grammatical errors and standardize terminology according to established style guides, assisting in formatting documents to enhance readability and professional presentation, ensuring all materials meet the specific requirements of different learning environments, collaborating with authors and educators to refine and adjust content as necessary, helping maintain a library of updated document templates and style guides, data entry, email/corresponding, maintaining lists and directories, proofreading/editing memos and reports, photocopying/scanning/faxing documents, running errands, organizing and archiving of files (paper and electronic), creating labels/signs, reconciling financial ledgers (retrieve invoices/supporting documents, contact vendors as needed, cross-check invoices with ledgers), lifting and moving boxes, organizing and tidying up office spaces, and other general office tasks and special projects.
