I have been practicing law for over thirty seven years representing clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and distressed asset sales in bankruptcy, complex financial restructure planning, creditors’ rights litigation, loan restructure and workout agreements. My practice focuses on debtor/creditor commercial law with an emphasis in bankruptcy matters and I am active in advising corporations and individuals on their business needs and opportunities, representing individuals, financial institutions, insurance companies and others in distressed financial situations. I also have extensive commercial litigation and courtroom experience in the United States Bankruptcy Courts and in the Virginia state courts.
