Built a community of Armenian youth interested in business, entrepreneurship, and innovation-Hosted 700+ attendees-Developed team structures for 75+ volunteers in social media, outreach, event coordinating, etc-Spearheaded branch expansion both locally at Glendale Community College and internationally to various regions of Armenia-Took on never before seen projects in the Armenian community, such as the first-ever Armenian Opportunity Expo, bringing together youth to apply to jobs, internships, and more.

ABOUT ALEXANDER KASUMYAN
I’m an aspiring entrepreneur and a community builder with a passion for creating ideas that bring people together and make a real impact.As the founder & president of NAYI (Network of Armenian Young Innovators), I’ve spearheaded the creation of a global community of Armenian youth driven by leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation. What started as a simple idea has turned into a 80+ member team hosting events with 750+ attendees, launching our first branch at Glendale Community College, and now strategizing expansion to multiple new campuses and communities worldwide.Outside of NAYI, I’m fascinated by business. Specifically the senior living industry, an industry I hope to impact through strategy, innovation, and a modern perspective. I attend industry conferences, build relationships with executives, and plan to one day own assisted living communities that redefine what quality care looks like.I’m motivated by connection, progress, and purpose.and maybe a little too much late night brainstorming. I love meeting people who are building, leading, or thinking differently about what’s possible.
