I sit at the intersection of two things that don\'t always get connected: the people side of transformation and the systems that communities depend on.As Deloitte\'s CMO for California Energy, Environment, Resilience & Infrastructure, I help position one of the most consequential practices in the public sector space — where the work is about more than building systems, it\'s about building the organizational capacity and stakeholder trust to make those systems actually work.My day-to-day is in Human Capital — specifically organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and socialization strategies that create genuine buy-in for complex program implementation. Right now that means supporting public sector and environmental clients — including some of California\'s most critical water and energy programs — to bring their strategic plans to life in a way that sticks.Before this, I spent two years as Deloitte\'s Public Sector Sustainability and Infrastructure Brand Leader — leading our presence at marquee moments like Climate Week NYC and building partnerships with leading climate organizations to elevate Deloitte\'s voice in the sustainability space.The throughline across all of it: I believe the most important transformations happen when people feel seen in the process. That\'s true whether you\'re implementing a statewide water strategy, building a more inclusive workplace, or showing up authentically in a corporate space that wasn\'t always designed with you in mind.As a proud first-gen in corporate America, I remain deeply committed to the Hispanic/Latinx community.
