Responsible for the management of USAID/BHA and other USAID emergency and development proposals and strategy design, including managing teams of 10 - 15 staff and consultants, gathering intelligence, forging partnerships, cultivating relationships, recruiting key personnel, tracking donor trends and best practices, and ensuring all elements of a proposal are harmonious and meet donor requirements. Key achievements include: • Managing a team of 32 people and four consortium partners to win a $108.3 million DRC RFSA application through multiple competitive issues letter stages. • Planning two successfully funded programs responding to the Ukraine crisis valued at $39 million. • Managing and winning a complex,$22 million, multi-sectoral humanitarian proposal for BHA funding in both IRG- and DFA-controlled areas of Yemen. Proposal team included more than 20 people. • Creating the organization\'s first process document outlining the end-to-end process for USAID/BHA emergency applications.
