Funky Pickle is a philanthropic, funkadelic pickleball festival and fundraising event. It\'s kind of like a pickleball tournament meets a block party: pickleball, live music, food and drink, entertainment… fun for all ages and all people. Our events bring together passionate people to celebrate the power of pickleball and community- Led development of innovative pickleball experiences from concept to sold out annual festivals in Miami, Philadelphia, and South Jersey, driving attendance of players and 3500+ guests- Led sponsorships sales to support events via lead identification, cold-outreach and relationship building- Manage relationships and negotiations with municipalities, venues, vendors and other event stakeholders- Developed successful philanthropic partnerships with nonprofit organizations, including former NBA star Shane Battier’s Take Charge Foundation, YMCA and AMI Foundation (Mobile Mammography Van)- Developed partnerships with industry leading brands including Hard Rock, Morgan Stanley, Compass, Wawa, Selkirk Sports, Eleven Vodka, and Pollo Tropical- Tournament Director of the inaugural Necker Island Pickleball Forum
