As a former aerospace, defense, and federal technical recruiter, I know firsthand how challenging it is to connect with cleared candidates - especially when the pressure is on to find niche skill sets in secure environments. That’s why I joined ClearanceJobs. I used the platform daily as a recruiter and can confidently say it was my most effective tool - not just for sourcing, but for building pipelines, branding to the right audience, and closing hires faster.With 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, I’ve worked across engineering, manufacturing, IT, and operations roles - often supporting high-stakes programs that required strict compliance with clearance, export control (ITAR), and regulatory standards. From programs like Artemis 1, our nuclear infrastructure, and FLRAA to national security initiatives, I’ve had the privilege of supporting projects that make a real-world impact.Now, in my role at ClearanceJobs, I get to bring that same experience to our clients - helping recruiters, hiring managers, and organizations across the GovCon ecosystem connect with the right talent, build pipeline, and build brand exposure with targeted outreach and facilitation.Outside of work, I’m a youth sports coach, passionate about building confidence, grit, and lifelong habits in young athletes.
