His professional experience includes geometric improvements, multi-modal accommodations, context sensitive design, ADA compliance, and numerous culvert and utility projects. He has worked on and managed many publicly funded projects involving the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and is familiar with their project delivery process. He has experience with civil/site design, participating in numerous stormwater management and utility improvement projects, parking lot designs, site layouts, and permitting. He also has experience conducting hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) studies and designing stormwater best management practices (BMPs).
