I am currently undertaking an 18-month graduate programme at Motability Operations, which includes three rotations across different areas of the business. My first placement is within Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR), an area I have already had exposure to through my final university consultancy project.It has been fantastic to return to Motability Operations after completing an insight week, summer internship, and my final university project over the past year. I couldn’t be more excited for the next 18 months to further develop my skills, broaden my experience, and really make the most of the graduate programme.
