I helped pioneer Turn Taking Optimization to resolve seemingly insoluble trade-offs, demonstrating how shifting priorities across years mute the otherwise inescapable reality of ‘Jagger’s Law’. I have also facilitated teams in the Klamath River to set the restoration roadmap for the world’s largest dam removal project and built award-winning real-time decision support tools for the operation of water storage dams in British Columbia.
