After 20 years in the commercial world, working across varied sectors from visitor attractions to engineering, It was time for a new challenge that focused on people and purpose. That journey led me to Community First, where I now have the privilege of serving as Chief Operating Officer.Every day, I work alongside an incredible team of over 120 colleagues and hundreds of passionate volunteers across Hampshire. Together, we help individuals and local groups make the difference they want to see in their communities. It’s about connecting people, spotting where essential services can make life a little easier, and finding practical ways to make things happen.Our teams deliver everything from Young Carers Support to Transport and Mobility, Community Centres, and our Home Services Team. My leadership approach is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement. I believe in giving people the tools, support, and confidence they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for the communities we serve.
