At Forge Development Partners we create high-tech, sustainable workforce housing solutions for people in the urban core. We are creating a new urban housing model that achieves environmental sustainability, affordability, and quality. Forge is committed to making our buildings and the construction process less impactful to the environment and local community, while also providing tremendous benefits for the building residents, not sacrificing quality, technology, or amenities. TL 450 450 O’Farrell Street, San Francisco Successfully entitled a $175MM, 316-unit, 13 story high rise in downtown San Francisco. I worked closely with neighbors, neighborhood groups, and neighboring developers to make sure this project was a success. Held over 75 community educational, neighbor negotiations, and developer informational meetings to work with the community and help them understand how this new project would contribute to the neighborhood. I maintained detailed project schedules and budgets along with proforma financial models. The building is entitled, permitted, and is out for financing. 601 W. Beech 601 West Beech Street, San Diego Entitled 328 units in a 34 story,$185MM, high rise building in downtown San Diego’s Little Italy district. I managed the due diligence process of property acquisition, kept financial models current, led neighbor negotiation and dispute resolution, managed, coordinated, and interpreted third party consultant reports, and managed engagement with architect and engineering teams to craft the product. The building is under the structural peer review permitting process and is scheduled to break ground Q4 2022.
