I am the Vice President of Security Risk Management, where I lead a team of Security Analysts to evaluate IT risk to the organization, determine appropriate controls, and empower stakeholders to understand and make risk-based decisions. I have 15 years of experience in risk management, vendor risk management, evaluating and auditing IT systems and process, and leadership roles. I have worked across multiple industries including business process outsourcing and public accounting with clients in banking, oil and gas, manufacturing, and technology.

   Leads and directs a team of 10 Security Analysts in performing security and vendor risk assessments in the business processing outsourcing sector to protect internal and client systems, network, and data with area of responsibility over 11 countries across North America and Asia, supporting over employees and numerous clients. Ensures current IT and business processes align with internal and client requirements, as well as external security standards, such as SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, and IRS Publication 1075. • Developed risk assessment methodology for over 50 IT processes, such as vulnerability management, access management, software installation, and firewall access control lists, resulting in a 37% increase in security review efficiency enabling faster and more agile implementation of requests, as well as reduction of risk to the business.• Implemented an IT third-party vendor risk management program with over 800 completed vendor risk assessments. Lead a focused program on evaluating and identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities to Teleperformance and its clients to reduce IT risk and maintain the same “in-house” level security protection when using third parties.
