About Alex Thompson
I help businesses break free from a benefits system that works against them and the employees they care about. The reality is that the majority of Americans receive their healthcare through employer-sponsored coverage, and that system is broken. It traps companies in a cycle of chasing rates and leaves employees with inadequate care and zero transparency. I want to change that. My mission is to give businesses the tools they need to take control of their benefits strategy and partner with someone who cares about their growth and their people.
