My name is Alexander Roberts and I am a Financial Analyst at The Kirkland Company in Nashville, TN. I graduated SMU in Spring 2022 with a BBA in Finance as well as a minor in Spanish. Currently, as an analyst for a Commercial Real Estate firm I am constantly underwriting deals and analyzing numerous financial statements and return metrics in order to maximize cash flows for both the buyers and sellers we work with. In addition to valuing these properties on a numerical basis, I am consistently researching areas and putting together Investment Rationales for buyers. Furthermore, I am ARGUS Certified and work daily with multiple other asset classes including Retail, Office Space, and Industrial Properties.I succeed through hard work and persistence, am a team player, and bring speaking and listening skills to teams I work with.
