I leverage my Ph.D. to bring scientific rigor and analytical depth to financial leadership, enabling fast comprehension of complex challenges across industries. With 20+ years in finance and a decade in senior roles, I partner with operations to drive transformation, scale, and arm executives and leaders with strategic insights for growth.My career has been focused on enabling growth, working directly with functional leaders to improve operational efficiency and guide organizations through strategic transitions. I’ve built analytical and technology platforms that drove a 36% reduction in operating costs, and unified disparate functions into a single support organization to enhance operational efficiency. I\'ve also had the opportunity to lead multi-region business operations, aligning teams to optimize performance during periods of both scalable growth and operational change. On a strategic level, I partner closely with CEOs on board and investor communications, financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and critical decision-making. These efforts enabled the CEO to successfully navigate multiple funding rounds.Alongside my corporate leadership roles, I built a strong academic and scientific foundation through advanced research and mentorship in biophysical chemistry, molecular biology, and cancer immunotherapy. Much of this work was deeply collaborative, contributing to multidisciplinary teams and co-authored publications that advanced complex scientific initiatives.
