Lead the design, development and rollout of a suite of SaaS products for Fortune 500automotive clients (Volkswagen, Toyota)- Work directly with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user needs, and combinethose insights with detailed data analysis and a researched understanding of the competitivelandscape to help shape strategic product direction- Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts and marketers in an agile framework toproduce a wide variety of functional analytics tools and data visualizations- Implement big data solutions using tools such as SQL, Oracle and AWS, giving our customersaccess to insights that rely on ever-evolving data rules and structures- Established key performance indicators and tracking mechanisms to monitor productperformance and measure the success of new features/programs- Prioritize tasks across multiple clients and projects, and deploy team members strategically tomaximize efficiency across the company- Strong focus on the marketing of new products or features to both the clients themselves andthe downstream users; Maximize new product sales as well as user adoption once developmentis complete- Oversee the interview/hiring processes of both the product management team and the technicalteam- Work closely with the Founder/CTO to innovate both within existing products and in the ideationof new features to pitch- Oversaw a consulting project migrating a client’s full suite of data from an old system to a newdata warehouse designed and implemented by our team- Act in a consulting capacity as a contractor for both Volkswagen and Toyota to help optimizetheir internal data processes
