ABOUT ALEXANDER SOIBEL

I am a strategic clinical operations leader with over a decade of experience driving excellence and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. My passion lies in building and leading high-performing, agile teams to deliver the complex clinical trials that bring life-changing therapies to patients. Throughout my career, I\'ve specialized in looking at complex processes and making them radically simple. I\'m proud to have led several major digital transformation initiatives, pioneering a citizen-led automation program that saved over hours in a single year. This work has also included serving as the business product owner for enterprise-level applications used by thousands of colleagues, where I\'ve focused on bridging the gap between user needs and technical solutions. Most recently, I\'ve been focused on championing AI adoption. After designing and launching a successful voluntary AI training program that drove incredible engagement, I was appointed to lead the strategic rollout of our corporate AI curriculum to over 1,300 colleagues in my department. I thrive on building—whether it\'s a new digital tool, a more efficient process, or a brand-new team from the ground up. I am always looking for opportunities to collaborate with passionate people to solve the next big challenge in clinical research.
