With experience managing student volunteer programs and coordinating national service initiatives, I\'ve established myself as a leader capable of driving engagement and maximizing outreach. My technical proficiencies include Salesforce, Galaxy Digital, and a wide array of digital tools essential for seamless program administration, bolstered by my certification in volunteer administration.Throughout my career, I have achieved several rewarding milestones. As an Event Volunteer Engagement Specialist with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, I increased volunteer recruitment and retention rates by over 200%, while building relationships with more than 70 community groups.
