Develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers, department personnel, and other company components. Manage assigned tasks and budgets in accordance with the applicable contract/delivery order, the Quality Management System (QMS), applicable regulations and references, and the customer’s requirements and needs. Communicate Charge Numbers to employees and the relationship to their tasks. Maintain records of task performance in accordance with the delivery order and the QMS. Monitor department personnel performance and review, at least yearly. Recommend and institute pay raises or disciplinary action to department personnel. Maintain open and direct internal communication channels.
