Working in the Information Security team, my role predominantly sees me operating/managing a variety of I & AM related controls & activities. • Operating weekly/monthly access controls; Leavers/Gap Analysis/Risk checks/more • Experienced both in operating & overseeing User Access Recertification; All User & Privileged/High Risk variants • Monthly reporting via Excel & PowerBI to support monthly forums held at senior levels • ServiceNow reporting/analysis for various tasks • Access reviews, recertification, provisioning/de-provisioning & monitoring in Azure AD • Reviewing ServiceNow requests & approving/rejecting based on appropriateness/risk • Constantly assessing risks with the identify framework during all tasks & proactively seeking to resolve potential issues • Maintaining open/clear communication with the team; supporting on tasks where required • Supporting ad-hoc calls/pieces of work from other areas in IT/Digital where assessments or opinions are required from an InfoSec perspective • Stakeholder engagement/relationship management • Liaising with our 3rd party contractors to resolve any issues/expedite any urgent requests • Access provisioning/de-provisioning in AccessPlus/Fiserv
