I am a specialist employment lawyer with extensive of experience of representing employers before the Industrial Tribunal/Fair Employment Tribunal. I am currently responsible for the employment practice at Kennedys Belfast LLP. I am committee member of the Employment Lawyers\' Group NI and an employment law tutor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. I also serve as an independent appeals chair of for the Labour Relations Agency. I am chairman of the Irish Football Association Player Status Committee in which capacity I arbitrate in contractual disputes between players and clubs. I am an independent chair of Accounancy Irelands Appeals Panel. I previously served as Chairman of the Irish Football Association Disciplinary Committee.
