Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Banking for PNC. Responsible for leading all of PNC’s consumer and small business segments, serving millions of customers across the United States. As part of that, oversee our retail lending, credit card and mortgage business in addition to PNC Merchant Services, PNC Investments, digital, client care and PNC’s enterprise customer advocacy area.Prior to leading Retail, served as Head of Small Business and Deputy Head of Retail Banking, where I oversaw Business Banking, PNC Merchant Services and Small Business Treasury Management, as well product management, product development, digital, marketing, risk, data and strategy for PNC Small Business. As deputy head of Retail Banking, helped drive the strategic direction of PNC’s overall retail banking franchise.Before that, served in a variety of roles across PNC, including Head of PNC Merchant Services, Chief Operating Officer of Corporate & Institutional Banking and Asset Management, and Head of PNC Aviation Finance. Prior to joining PNC in 2014, worked at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking and Strategy. Outside of operating role, serve on PNC’s Corporate Diversity Council and as a board member of numo, a PNC fintech startup subsidiary company. Beyond PNC, serve as a board member of The Carnegie Museum of Art, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, and as chairman of the board of the Pittsburgh CLO.Public Policy degree from Duke
