Chemical Engineer - Technical Distributor Support Manager Americas @Belzona

NACE 2 Certified Inspector Manage and help train a Team of Engineers and Technicians to give the best technical, Distributor and Customer support to the vast Belzona network in the Americas. Directly liaison eight distributor territories in North and South America and help them with localized business and technical support plans to reach and surpass the yearly established targets. Support and work together with other territories and Belzona offices around the world including Europe and Asia Pacific Regions Support liaison territories by making customer visits with consultants, supporting/supervising field applications and projects. Help understand the competitors to better prepare distributors to compete in all different markets of influence within their territories. This way encouraging them to sell across all of Belzona’s product range generating sales and opening new business opportunities. Support by phone, email, and in the field Belzona distributors, consultants, contractors and customers in the North and South Americas on all technical aspects of Belzona coating and adhesive products. Teach and train through webinars and live conferences/presentations in public speaking scenarios in both Spanish and English. Perform training of Belzona consultants, contractors and new hires on the range of Belzona adhesives products and applications at the production facility or out in the field at customer sites. In charge of supporting and promoting all Power related industries in North and South America.(Coal, Nuclear, Gas, Hydro, Wind, Biomass, Solar, Geothermal) Work closely with R&D, Production, and Marketing departments in all aspects of the product stages from production to marketing to clients and opening potential new markets.
