Responsible for managing 15 fleet repair facilities covering all of Central New York and surrounding areas. Currently leading a team of 18 technicians who perform the repairs and preventative maintenance of a diverse fleet of 800+ vehicles. Accountable to manage a budget, meet fleet objectives, approve labor time, conduct quality inspections, and perform garage operational reviews. Handle the daily scheduling and assignment of the workload in the garages, both on demand work as well as scheduled PMs. Provide guidance on the purchase and inventory of materials and equipment. Handle the acquisition and disposition of company equipment and vehicles along with accident reporting and estimates. Monitor and track KPI\'s though various fleet management software. Ensuring DOT standards are met with every repair. Work closely with EH & S to focus on OSHA and environmental compliance in all facilities.
