Holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Renewable Energy Technology from Appalachian State University and an electrical license in multiple states, I am well-equipped with technical knowledge and expertise in overseeing utility-scale solar projects across North America.With over 10 years of experience working in the renewable energy industry, I have developed extensive knowledge of utility-scale solar projects across North America. I am skilled in building and implementing management systems, leading teams, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and codes, including NABCEP, NEC, and a leader in the field, I understand the importance of leading by example, fostering a collaborative team environment, and motivating my team to achieve project success.    I lead the Array Optimization Team (AOT), a specialized technical unit focused on diagnosing and remediating DC-side performance issues in utility-scale solar plants. My responsibilities include managing regional field teams, deploying data analytics to identify production gaps, and executing strategic remediation campaigns to improve Energy Index, Performance Index, and overall asset health.I collaborate closely with project engineering, asset owners, and field operations to prioritize root-cause issues including: module underperformance, wiring faults, tracker problems, string-level remediation and module consolidation strategies. I also manage subcontracting, develop service scopes, and ensure cost-effective, high-impact solutions.
