About Alexander Lorden
As a second-year Biomedical Engineering student, I am building a strong foundation in engineering design, human physiology, and quantitative analysis. I am particularly drawn to the process of translating ideas into tangible solutions that can impact healthcare.Through a recent research involvement, I gained practical experience in prototyping, hardware testing, and working with clinical data. I learned to navigate the challenges of moving a device from the lab bench toward real-world application and had the opportunity to present my work at a research symposium.Outside of engineering, I have spent years working in team-oriented environments where clear communication and adaptability were critical to success. I bring this same collaborative mindset to my academic projects and research.I am open to connecting with professionals across all sectors of biomedical engineering—whether in research, industry, or clinical settings—and am actively seeking an internship to deepen my understanding of the field.
