At Capital One, my role as Senior Distinguish Engineer (Senior Director) revolves around spearheading technological transformation to mitigate cybersecurity risks and enhance business processes. Driving the adoption of Secure Enterprise Browser technology, this transformational technology adoption that I have led, has significantly improved end-user experience while maximizing endpoint security.My previous tenure at Medtronic was marked by advancing medical device security, where we established a unique cybersecurity risk assessment process. This effort fostered trust with key stakeholders including regulators and customers, and maintained Medtronic\'s cybersecurity integrity through transparent handling of security vulnerabilities.

   As senior engineer and technologist in the Capital One Cybersecurity and Technology organizations, I lead and drive strategic change and innovation to ensure Capital One is adopting the best technology that align to both reducing comprehensive cybersecurity risks as well as to business enablement. Most recently, I have lead the successful move to Secure Enterprise Browser technology that is increasing our employee and partner digital experience while substantially reducing cybersecurity risks at our endpoints. Previously leading the charge in data protection at Capital One, my accomplishments include pioneering a uniform governance framework and innovating a new data security classification program. My efforts, grounded in cyber risk management, have significantly matured our data loss prevention capabilities through comprehensive metrics and rigorous testing programs, including a patent pending comprehensive DLP testing technology.
