Working in a family business has made me take on many different roles in areas such as marketing, hiring, & sales; but my interest has been in project management as well as business development. Since joining the business, I have overseen and taken lead on various projects directly involving clients, negotiated contracts, setup a hiring and HR program, implemented a marketing campaign that has generated steady growth and have successfully managed all accounts located in the South Bay Area.I enjoy analyzing and learning company cultures and seeing the effect is has on employees. Whether they be small startups or multi-million dollar organizations, I\'ve been able to learn strategies from my clients, and implement them into our own organization. On my own time, I enjoy listening to audio-books, traveling (who doesn\'t), and have recently found interest in real estate investing. I also consider myself a chicken wing connoisseur.
