Reviews, coordinates, and develops legislative proposals and strategies for the annual Congressional authorization and appropriations process for the assigned programs.• Coordinates with offices in the DoD Agencies DoS, Foreign Partner Nations, and Private Sector to ensure these plans consider the entire SC environment and that the program and Represents Agency in working groups, conference, and briefings.• Develops and provides guidance on policy, explaining guidance in plain language to stakeholders by communicating complex ideas and facts to individuals or groups in written correspondence, policy memos and explanatory guidance.
