Head of Operations and Strategy @4wardfutures
In my role at the careers education carity 4wardFutures, I aim to normalise science, scientists, and the places where they work. I help to design projects that ensure young people of all backgrounds are aware of their potential in science and technology fields and connect them with passionate role models, so that they see STEM careers as being achieveable and relevant to their values. One of my main focuses is in identifying sources of funding that support our activities. I also recruit project partners and support the training of volunteers, so that they can deliver impactful outreach throughout the rest of their careers.
