ABOUT ALEXANDER HERNANDEZ

Alexander (Alex) Hernandez is an attorney and graduate of the Boston University School of Law. Alex has advised clients in the life sciences and technology sectors on legal matters related to contract drafting and negotiation, licensing, corporate governance, and more. He is also interested in leveraging the connection between the practice of law and technology, particularly the use of artificial intelligence, cloud-based data storage, and workflow automations, to enhance internal efficiency and increase cost-savings for clients. Previously, he worked as an associate for Goodwin Procter LLP and as a consultant within the Chemicals and Natural Resources (CNR) unit of Accenture, focusing in Supply Chain Management and Technical Development. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (\'16) with a BA in Global Security Studies. He has re-designed supply chain processes and drafted function specifications IBM Maximo and Oracle Financial. He has developed system security features, database configuration, workflow automations, and cross-system integrations.His industry experience includes life sciences, online retail, petrochemicals, chemical based products (resins, powders, etc.), utilities, construction, and nuclear energy.
