As Director and Associate General Counsel, based in London, I advise Harrison Street on all legal aspects of its European business, including transaction structuring, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, development, asset management and compliance, and manage outside counsel.Prior to joining Harrison Street, I was Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and advised on a broad range of domestic and international private equity and M&A transactions / joint ventures, across a range of sectors, including real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, infrastructure, TMT, retail, education and services. I have been on secondments at both PSP Investments (covering Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Debt asset classes in Europe) and HgCapital (with a focus on PE investments in TMT, healthcare, services and renewables), leading transactions for legal and compliance, managing legal counsel and working closely with deal teams on internal approvals, bid preparation, execution, portfolio matters and projects.
