I am a Senior Finance Manager at AMH, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), located in Los Angeles, California. As a part of my role at AMH, I oversee the FP & A process which includes the annual budgeting of $250M+ within all 150+ departments, quarterly reforecasting utilizing latest actuals and close partnership with various leaders in the organization, and monthly/quarterly reporting of financial analysis (budget vs actuals, period over period, etc.) to executive leadership. My previous public accounting experience includes the annual financial auditing of major Aerospace and Defense and Utility companies in the greater SoCal region. This diversity in my professional career has conditioned me to be curious and to tackle on new challenges, which have developed me into a well-rounded professional, that is always eager to learn and develop. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, going to Dodger baseball games, and attending concerts.
