About Alexander Feil
Climate Change is here. I want to help shape how the world responds to it – with creative, data-driven policies that work across borders. I worked as a data analyst for the International Maritime Organisation in London and as a secondary teacher in a Kenyan wildlife conservancy. I can converse in six languages and code in R, python and Julia.As a graduate MPA student in Environmental Science at Columbia, I want to apply my mathematics background to climate mitigation and adaptation. I take a lot of energy out of applying my analytical toolkit to real world problems and designing well-founded policy solutions – especially in a team of open minded and inspiring thinkers.
