AeroShield is a startup making super-insulating transparent materials to enable the next generation of energy efficient windows The AeroShield material can be placed between two panes of glass, similar to a traditional double-pane, to create a product that is 50% more insulating than traditional windows, but with a payback period up to 5 times faster than windows of similar performance.At AeroShield, my role is to- Integrate our material into different applicable products effectively- Design new methods to improve our manufacturing process from start to finish to improve quality and time simultaneously- Contribute to the advancement of high-tech aerogel technology for use in energy-efficient windows.
